We deliver serious results. Be prepared to amaze yourself! Boot Camp is designed for fast and serious weight loss with toning! This Boot Camp offers a realistic program of exercise aimed at achieving individual physical fitness goals, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, excess body fat loss and personal appearance.
Equipment to Bring: Hand Weights


Experience a total body workout while having fun and moving to the rhythm effortlessly! Suitable for all fitness levels and even those with no rhythm! You will feel exhilarated while pounding to the beat and getting your groove on!


This Cardio Express class is sure to get your body moving. You will increase strength, stamina and all-round cardiovascular fitness! If the weather is nice out, class may be held outdoors! All fitness levels are welcome – take the class at your own pace or be pushed hard by your trainer.

Challenge yourself and take your body to the next level! Fight to be fit and get into your zone with Combat Cardio! Harness the power of your body as you throw punches, combinations, and drills in this quick circuit style/interval class. Maximize your workout, gain strength and power, while burning calories, toning your entire body, and diminishing stress!
Equipment to Bring: Heavy and/or Light Hand Weights, Hand Wraps (or fingerless boxing mitts with wrist protection)


You won't get bored with Fitness Motivators! Why do a single workout that can't provide long-term results when you can do a variety of exercises all in one class? Mix it up with Fitness Motivators- originated in 1989 - experts in the fitness industry! Interval Training, Cardio Boxing, xGravity, Yoga, Sculpt and Stretch, Z-BOX, Complete Body Toning, Strictly Cardio, and much more for you to experience quick results!

Not your traditionally Yoga, but a user-friendly style that is accessible and doable by individuals of any fitness levels (without the chanting). Gentle Flow Yoga is designed to improve your health, performance, and mental acuity that blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. This is the perfect class to undue a stressful mind and at the same time, develop grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, and muscular strength all at your own pace. 
Equipment to Bring: Sticky Yoga Mat, Long Sports Towel or Strap


Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body’s overall functional strength, balance and coordination. Focus in on your core strength and stability. This class is total core work. Exercises, drills and balance drills to train your inner core. Don't be afraid to sweat! 
Equipment to Bring: Mat, Hand Weights


Make time for this class if you want flat, sexy abs without ever doing a single crunch or sit-up on the mat! Our new Hip Hot Abs class, with popular beats (from today and all the way back to the 70s, 80s, and 90s!) will hit the classroom with purpose! Dedicate 45-minutes to yourself and burn fat and get hot abs with this total-body cardio workout! Adding a few of our classes to your fitness calendar and will get you those tight, toned, super-awesome abs of your dreams FAST! 
Equipment to Bring: Small Pair (no more than 2-3 lbs each) of hand weights.


Bringing back-to-basics to group exercise! An original and most popular Fitness Motivators class! The result is a super effective workout that gives three times the fat loss than aerobics alone. Interval Training simultaneously reverses both the muscle loss and the fat gain of aging. Only a weight/aerobic combination workout is the best for losing weight and looking great! Experience quick, visible results while having fun in this motivating class - suitable for all fitness levels!

Learn techniques to help reduce stress, increase mindfulness, calm your mind and emotions and help your body relax. No shoes. Aromatherapy will be used.

Fitness for women only! This program is non-intimidating and although all fitness levels are welcome to participate, is created for beginners or plus-sizes. Fitness Motivators offers a safe environment where women can exercise physically while feeling secure emotionally. FUN, non-jumping, easy-to-follow without complex movements while doing cardiovascular training and complete body toning. This class may also include fitness walking, weather permitting.
Equipment to Bring: Light Hand Weights (optional), Mat


A classic is back - The Step! You’ll burn calories and shape your body with lots of varied, but never complex, choreography. Straddles and repeaters, V-steps and marches, step touches and knee lifts — this class features all your step favorites, making it fun with tempo variations and directional changes. So, get your Step out of storage if you are looking for a class that can help increase your strength, lose body fat, and gain cardiovascular endurance! All levels of fitness are welcome. You can do the moves without a Step too! We've got you covered!

Same as above, but mixed with body toning with hand weights that will sure get your sweaty!

This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to increase lean muscle mass, strength and endurance. You will do basic resistance training exercises using traditional, strategic principles. This simple, easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle using a variety of equipment.
Equipment to Bring: Mat, Hand Weights


You will start with a variety of slow, controlled mat toning exercises and end the last 15 minutes doing energizing aerobics to get you motivated. No high impact allowed in this class format! You will experience quick, visible results while having fun with the instructor and classmates! Truly an original program!
Equipment to Bring: Lights and Medium Hand Weights (optional), Mat, Long Fitness Towel or Yoga Strap


Experience the difference. Boxing, Dancing, Body Toning, Mat, and Relaxation = Z-Box Fitness® (the Z is short for Z.E.N.). Z-Box Fitness® blends the hippest dance moves from yesterday and today, mixed with basic boxing moves. You will complete Z-Box’s total body workout with a host of resistance training and standing or seated Z.E.N. Z-Box’s technique utilizes intermittent training by varying bursts of energizing, fun exercises with decreased intensity recovery periods. This style has incredible advantages. It is the quickest way to get fit, lose fat, and be supercharged for optimal fitness. Throw in the weights and you speed up the process even more!

Chair ZEN is a gentle exercise program especially designed for people who have difficulty getting to the floor. Participants will notice improved flexibility, strength, balance, and posture after a few Chair ZEN classes. An added benefit is the ability to calm yourself and decrease stress through breathing and meditation techniques. Participants will be guided through a series of stretches and Z.E.N. postures that can be modified to accommodate those with limited mobility and difficulty balancing. Each class includes breathing and guided relaxation. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. For your comfort, please do not eat 2 hours before class.

Z.E.N. is user-friendly for all fitness levels and bodies. Z.E.N. is a conscious effort to train the mind to be fully present by controlling the breath, mind, and body in one balanced moment. A mat workout without straining your joints or jumping. You will get results while defining and elongating your muscles! You will sweat while doing low-impact strength training with a series of continuous, targeted moves (yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and toning type of exercises). Z.E.N. is non-intimidating, non-judgmental form of exercise. Learn to listen to your body and follow your intuition.

Zumba® is not your average cardio class! Latin inspired music and a combination of fast and slow rhythms promises to tone and sculpt your body while having a great time. Unlike others, this class is taught the original Zumba® style! NOTE: ANY Zumba® class that you see being offered, please be sure that Instructor is authorized to teach Zumba®!
Equipment to Bring: None


Zumba® Gold was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. Zumba Gold is done at a much lower intensity. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used and just as fun as the regular Zumba classes. Zumba® Gold classes strives to improve our balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart.

Zumba® Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level, utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. You'll learn how to use the weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
